Well, I could be wrong, but I believe diversity is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era.

Early copies of the draws are up. There are details to add, and a proper format for viewing, as for some reason I can't print the damn things all together.

I hope everyone has excell, or an excell viewer (free dl) until I fix it for the final copy. Let me know if you have problems viewing them!

A good source for excell viewing is here

Not too sure why theres all this talk about the Dolphins Rebels and Raiders.... They all suck anyways. The Dolphins should not be ranked as high as they are, they should be bottom of Tier 1 top of Tier 2. The Rebels, same thing happens to them every tournament and will continue all year, not too sure about the Raiders, I havent played them yet but Im assuming they are trash. Another team is the Chargers, whats up with those guys? They have a good mix of players from a bunch of different teams but I cant see them doing anything for the rest of the year. Last tournament was a fluke and I dont expect to see them back in a AA semi.

Ouch!!! Sounds like a guys who's been cut by one of these teams.

Just a big fan of the Rebels....lost to the same three teams all year (Spartans, Fish, Chargers)....not too bad for a team on the up.

Ochocinco...I'd be willing to bet you that the Chargers, Dolphins, and Rebels make another AA semis but I don't know who your team....

On a side note....who were all those guys wearing "Football Junkies" shirts at the Hamilton Tourney and where can we get one? Will they be for sale in Kingston? How can I be a "football Junkie"? :)

We're auditioning him for a cheerleading role right now for the Crickets' sidelines ou812. He looks FABULOUS in a mini-skirt and pom-poms!!

Enough about ochostinco...he's gotten about as much of our time and attention as he deserves.

On a side, side note...where is the party at in Kingston this year? If I'm driving all the way from Dunnville to play, then I want to know that I'm driving all the way from Dunnville to PARTY as well!! I heard some guy named "Dawks" and his harem usually throw a mean shin-dig!!

On a side, side, side note...where is Kingston and will my 1957 Chevy make it there from the shores of the Grand River? ???

Go Crickets!!

Hey Guys.... I know rooms are scarce. I do have some rooms left under a booking i made at the Peachtree. If anyone needs a room let me know asap, they will be held until tomorrow. The rate is $120 per night. There are rooms 4 rooms with 2 double beds, and 4 rooms with 1 queen. If interested.... just call and book (with your C.C.) under Trojan Football. Hope this helps...

See you all in Kingston.

Dear Tfont members and Exec....please bear with me while I rant, but I would like to bring this situation to everyone's attention.....not too sure if this would be the right place....but here goes none the less......
For many many years the Kingston tourney has been one of the more popular stops on tour...I can guess as to the reasons, but won't go into them.....this year, and maybe last year as well....the TFONT execs have decided to limit the number of teams participating in the Kingston stop to enhance the tournament for all concerned. As everyone knows,we have very few ideal fields, and few referees. Our league is struggling to find itself so every little bit helps. Ed and his group were great this winter and came down to visit and offer suggestions. Seem like everyone was trying to help....until now. This year...and maybe last year....there were entry deadlines impose to help with the numbers on the tour stops....and there were other parameters imposed to help determine the numbe of teams per stop....When one looks at the registered team list for this year's Kingston tourney one sees that there are 48 teams entered on the men's side.....the perfect number to accomodate 4 tiers of 12....there may be others on a waiting list, but those teams aren't listed. I was very excited to see that Kingston was entering two teams this year...until now....when Kingston's Toney's Pizza was bumped to accomodate another team...not listed.....they were given several reasons as to why, most notably...the team that was put in their place need to be in to help them qualify for provioncials...and they were a long standing team etc etc etc.....would love to have Tony's Pizza....but....
Can understand Tfont's desire to help this team..until I looked at the list of teams still in the tournament stop..let's look at both the Montreal Blue Bayou and the Montreal Renegades...nothing against these teams....but how will this stop help tem qualify for Ontario Provincials? Much like Tony's Pizza, this will be their first stop in the Trillium tour.....they had their money in on time, why would they be granted a stop over the host city's own?
I certainly don't think it's is a fair situation to put in place rules and then not follow them. I know that Kingston's Tony's Pizza has been working hard to put a team in place that would represent both the KDTFL and the Trillium tour in the manner that all the teams on the tour do, and I know how upset they are after being bumped.
Thanks for listening/reading my rant. Too all the teams - best of luck to you this weekend - To the TFONT exec....I know/we know how hard you work to make this tour a giant success....and thanks....but I really think you've dropped the ball on this one.

Duff

Hmmm, sounds like a pretty reasonable rant. Allowing out of Province teams over in Province teams...? Like to hear the reasoning from the Execs on this one..
